Psalm 107/the ultimate blog: Some people have asked me...what is a blog and I have told them it is a pulpit or a soap box to stand on and blow off steam among other answers that I could give and these two are correct. According to bloggers.com it is a place on the web to publish one's thoughts. This psalm that I have been talking about, to me is the ultimate blog. It says over and over again words like "Let them thank the LORD for His steadfast love, for His wonderful works to humankind." This quote is from the New Revised Standard Version. The same quote from King James Version refers to "the children of men"...sort of brings it a little more personal, perhaps a little more endearing but the message is just the same; thank Him for all of His blessings that He has given us. This is a true blog from God; He has published His thoughts on the ultimate web, the Bible and this is how He thinks about you and I this morning. From the prophet Isaiah, chapter 55:6-11, NKJV "6Seek the LORD while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. 7Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon. 8.For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways, says the LORD.9For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts." If you haven't returned to Him yet then do it now.

Hi,Randall
You are right we must cry out to
God as a church and individuals.
Now is the time.He is waiting to hear from each one,not just the pastor or afew leaders, but the whole church.

You are correct. The only thing to be careful for is to make sure that what people write corresponds with the Word of God. I enjoy your writings Randall and find them pretty solid. If not I would tell you ha. God bless you and keep writing. OB.

I guess this means we better seek and find the Lord while we can ,if we keep putting it off it could be too late.....we must not only watch our deeds but also our thoughts....Jesus said ..if we have thought it [ it is the same as doing it ] [ I would have to think all sin starts in the head then to the heart
