2 Timothy 2:15 “Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
More About His Word blogspot is one year old!! This time last year, one evening at Tim Horton’s over a wonderful cupa, I broached the topic to brother Randall about putting his thoughts on the Word in a blog. At the time, I knew very little about blogs except that people used them to write their thoughts on line - usually useless thoughts - and people wrote comments. It was a new idea to Randall but he was open to the idea. During August, he was able to set it up and here we are, a year later. Over the year, 78 writings have been put on the blog, this one being number 79. Randall has done most of them – I have done only about 10.
The blog - More About His Word - has done exactly what I had envisioned last July. After going on two short-term missions trips with Randall and his lovely wife, I had become very aware that Randall had much to share on the scriptures, had obviously been a lifelong student of the Word. It seemed such a shame that we all did not get the benefits from reading his writings.
The topics and writings have been so rich, wonderful topics of - grace, forgiveness, the tower, sheep, to name a few. They have challenged me to study the Word more than I ever have before; challenged me to look at various topics in a new way.
Although I have contributed only a few times to the blog, it has also done much for both of us as writers - we have been pushed to examine the scriptures in an organized and serious way - what Paul meant to Timothy, “study”.
We are at a place of wondering if we have enough interest and readership to continue the blog, in its present form. If you have been one of the ones who, too, have been challenged to examine certain scriptures with us, or re-examine them, maybe you might leave a short comment telling us what the blog has meant to you.
Blessings to all our readers.

Naida ,I agreed with you about the
blog, it has been a God sent to me.Randall and yourself has away with knowing what we need to hear about ,and when it will do us the most good.I know this is because the Lord is behind this blog 100%.
I would like to see more people
make a comment, because I hear all kinds of people say that they read it all the time. I think if they enjoy reading it they should tell
you and Randall that.
I know as for myself I would
readly miss it. It has got me
looking into the word more, and getting more out of it than ever before.Between the two of you, you
have made me think about things
diffently . I hope that more people
will take the time to make a comment, and let you both know how much the two of you appreciated.

This blog has been very encouraging to me during the last year. I have had many ups and downs and have been discouraged, but its strange how when Im having a bad day or dealing with something, that when i turn on the computer to see there has been a new blog posted, that its what I need at that particular time. I havent left many comments lately because to be honest, I dont feel like I should be. I do read them as soon as they are posted though. Please continue. Im sure it means alot to others as well as myself. Thanks Naida and Randall for investing your time in others lives!!
Hi Miss Naida & Mr. Randall
[BLOG MASTERS ]
So the blog is having it's first birthday today "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE BLOG " and many more.
The blog to me is like God sending me an email about, the part of the bible, that he wants me to know about that day.
My comment,I think if " GOD " can take the time to email me,I had better take the time to email him back,I think this is important to him.
BLOG MASTERS,please continue the job, that God has given you both to do,"WRITE" as he inspires you.
I think GOD would like to know that, there are more than,2 or 3 people, reading [HIS] blog,so please ,COMMENT.

Naida & Randall,
As both of you know I do not have a computer;so Iam one person who can only read your words of wisdom when visiting friends.
Iam writing to tell you that they are " words of life " that any " christian " or person who wants to grow in his relationship with his lord needs. They cause one to ponder, question and seek out answers in our life's manuel, the bible;God's word to you.Words like,Love one another,Honour your father & mother,Bear one another's burdens,Forgive one, another You must be born again-words that encourage and can free us from the negatives that bombard us each day in News Papers,on radio,TV in music.WHY do we let so many things grab our attention that bring us down emotionally, physically and even mentally.God wants us to think &speak words of encouragement, words that uplift us,words that bring life and a hunger for more.So Thank You big time for taking the time to write words that uplift, give life, cause growth. From one who doesn't have a computer but has shared your words and thoughts with others.
Yes-your blog is worth it !
